The LETTERO CORE R1P T consists of single rack storage with special guide rails which allow for the direct placement of dies using a stacker crane.
The lowest level of the rack is equipped with hanger panels intended for storing photopolymer plates. These panels are fitted with guide rails that allow the plates to be easily inserted and securely held in place.
The system helps in precise tool retrieval and placement, optimizing storage efficiency and eliminating tools damages.

The manually moved crane travels along the rack and is guided by cameras to ensure precise positioning and safe operation. A motorized hoist enables vertical movement, ensuring smooth lifting and lowering regardless of storage height.
The ergonomic control panel and surveillance cameras provide a quick access to all storage levels from the operator’s position.
This storage type accommodates both single and double rotary dies, depending on customer preference.
The magazine’s design and materials ensure exceptional rigidity, long-term durability, and mechanical precision.

Rotary dies are transported to the warehouse, where they are collected by a stacker crane using a special rotary die trolley. These trolley can hold 3 or 6 dies and are easy for a single operator to maneuver.
