The LETTERO CORE R1 FL is a manual lift storage system designed for rotary die storage. It consists of a rack with special guide rails which allow for the direct placement of dies.
The system is operated by a forklift equipped with a Lettero adapter and gripper. It provides a safe, efficient, and costeffective way to store rotary dies.
This storage type accommodates both single and double rotary dies, depending on customer preference.
A convenient addition to the system is the rotary die transport trolley. These trolleys can hold 3 or 6 dies and are easy for a single operator to maneuver.
The number of rack levels may be adjusted depending on user requirements, available warehouse space, cassette dimensions, and the maximum reach of the forklift truck forks.
