The LETTERO PRO F1R1P T is a semi-automatic storage system designed for storing flatbed, rotary dies, and flexographic plates. It consists of a stacker crane and two storage racks: one equipped with guide rails and cassettes for secure flatbed die storage, and the other with special guide rails that allow direct placement of rotary dies. The lowest level of the rack is equipped with hanger panels intended for storing photopolymer plates. These panels are fitted with guide rails that allow the plates to be easily inserted and securely held in place.

The system provides semi-automatic assistance through automatic location identification and precise tool retrieval and placement, optimizing storage efficiency and eliminating errors.

The manually operated crane travels along the rack and is guided by intelligent software to ensure precise positioning and safe operation. A motorized hoist enables automatic vertical movement, ensuring smooth lifting and lowering regardless of storage height.
The operator selects or scans the required tool (die) via a touchscreen interface, and the system automatically identifies its exact storage location. The crane’s control software ensures precise movement, minimizing operator errors and preventing damage to both the tools and the storage system.
The intuitive and user-friendly software can be expanded with a storage management module. Selected system configurations comply with Industry 4.0 requirements.

The crane moves smoothly along the rack and, when not in use, can be positioned so as not to obstruct the aisle in front of the storage area. It offers 360-degree rotation, allowing convenient operation of the gripper during loading and unloading from the storage trolley.

Two types of transport trolleys are available, dedicated separately to flatbed dies and rotary dies. The storage trolleys are designed to hold 3 cassettes or 3 or 6 rotary dies as standard and can be easily maneuvered by a single operator.

The number of rack levels can be adjusted according to user needs, available warehouse space, and cassette dimensions.
