The LETTERO CORE F1 T is a manual lift storage system designed for flat die storage. It consists of a storage rack equipped with guide rails and cassettes for secure die storage.
The system is operated by a forklift equipped with a Lettero adapter and gripper. It provides a safe, efficient, and costeffective way to store flatbed dies.
A convenient addition to the system is the cassette transport trolley. The storage trolleys are designed to hold three cassettes as standard and can be easily maneuvered by a single operator. Each cassette contains a complete set of production tools, including a cutting die, stripping die, guillotine plate, and printing layout.
The number of rack levels may be adjusted depending on user requirements, available warehouse space, cassette dimensions, and the maximum reach of the forklift truck forks.
